Are classes drop-off or can parents stay?

Parents are welcome to drop their child off for the duration of the class. If they would like to stay on-site, we have a lounge area at the front of the space that can accommodate parents and siblings.

Can I drop my child off early?

Doors open 5 minutes prior to class start time.

My child is under 5 years old, are there classes for them?

All ages are welcome at Open Studios. We’ll ensure that there are age appropriate activities for all who would like to attend. Signing up ahead of time ensures we can plan the right activities for your child.

What if we need to miss a class?

We’re happy to offer up to 2 makeup classes. You can either come for another session of Tinkerers, Makers or Inventors, or make up the missed classes in Open Studios.

Do you offer a sibling discount?

Yes! We will create a custom code for each customer. Please reach out to cory@cocoacademyphl.com if you would like a sibling discount.

What about Summer Camp and After School?

We are excited to offer Summer camp, Vacation day-off camps for both full and half days, and after school programs!

What is your cancellation policy?

There is a 3% cancellation or transfer fee for all transactions. For after school, cancellation is available up to one month before the start of classes.
